Every Tuesday evening from 7-8 Awakening the Soul – Timeless and Universal Healing is practiced, followed by a guided Union of Three Hearts Meditation at The Sanctuary – South Austin. Francie Shimaya, a certified Sheng Zhen Gong teacher, leads this group meditation.
This is a group of dedicated meditators who come on a regular basis. We welcome anyone who wants to come regularly to meditate in a group setting.
This event is free. Please call before to reserve your space and get directions. This event will be cancelled when Francie Shimaya is out of town.
