Every Sunday we practice Union of Three Hearts (Zhongtian Yiqi) meditation at 5pm in the AOMA dojo. No experience necessary. This is a non-moving qigong practice that trains the mind.

As this practice quiets the mind, one is able to return to the Beginning – to connect with Heaven, Earth and all of humanity. Cushions and chairs are provided. Master Li leads the meditation when he is in town. Otherwise, one of the certified Sheng Zhen teachers will facilitate.
