READY, SET, GO! JOIN A SHENG ZHEN CLASS
Often we wonder how we can make time for another activity with all we are doing in our busy lives. What if you could choose an activity that created space for itself while giving you the clarity to get everything else done in a healthy, relaxed manner?
Sheng Zhen is a moving and non-moving meditation practice that connects us to life force energy, purifies us through being connected to this flow, and, thus, cultivates our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits. When our emotions become balanced, our bodies begin to relax and then can heal. Our minds become clearer and balanced with our hearts which leads us to be able to make the right choices in our lives.
