  • Sarah S. Bentley, MPH

    Sarah S. Bentley, MPH is an intuitive leader, consultant, health educator, and behavioral scientist with a passion for mindfulness and stress management from a public health perspective. Sarah first became a certified Sheng Zhen Meditation teacher in 2004. She studied closely with Master Li Junfeng between 2002-2012, during which time she served as his assistant. Sarah is also trained as a massage therapist and has practiced yoga since 1995. She is a certified Dharma Yoga Teacher, as well.

    With more than a decade of experience in community relations, public health, public speaking, teaching, and facilitating group processes and workshops within educational, clinical, and business sectors, Sarah has moderated panel discussions, facilitated staff trainings, led focus groups, and presented at retreats and conferences. Sarah has a unique ability to strategically deliver information to targeted audiences.     Ken Bloomer QigongKen is an ACE (American Council on Exercise)-certified Group Fitness Instructor specializing in Mind-Body Fitness.  He is also a Professional member of the National Qigong Association.  He specializes in Sheng Zhen Meditation, the Practice of Unconditional Love.  He delights in sharing this practice with new students, and as well working with seniors to help them maintain optimal well-being in all aspects of life.  Come explore this ancient and vital practice along with him.     Sharabella Fini is a certified Sheng Zhen Meditation teacher who has studied Sheng Zhen Meditation and Medical Qigong with Master Li Junfeng.     Nate_1.0Nathan Peterson has been studying Sheng Zhen Meditation from Master Li Junfeng since 2011 and has been greatly inspired by this beautiful form. Through the practice he continues to be impressed with the love, connection, openness, awareness and purpose that it provides. He currently serves on the Sheng Zhen Society of Americas board and is on track to become a certified Sheng Zhen Meditation teacher.   • Kimberly Sibilla

    kimberly sibillaKimberly has been practicing Sheng Zhen Meditation  since 2002. She has attended countless weekend workshops and teacher trainings with master Li Jun Feng through the years. She is a certified Sheng Zhen teacher,  kundalini  yoga instructor, massage therapist, and CEU provider. She also has an extensive background in the performing arts as a singer and trained dancer in the styles of ballet, jazz, modern, and west African. Working since 1997 in the healing arts, her passion is to teach self healing tools for a daily practice so that everyone can empower themselves whenever they need healing.   • Mary Tokumaru

    Mary TokumaruMary Tokumaru began her training in Sheng Zhen Meditation in 2006, after moving to Austin from San Diego, California.  She became a certified Sheng Zhen Meditation teacher in 2012.  Her background includes twenty-five years in Aikido, including fifteen years as a certified instructor.  Mary is semi-retired and available for group and private classes in the North Central area.  Contact Mary at mtokumaru48@gmail.com.

  • Kay Wentworth

    Kay Wentworth has been teaching Sheng Zhen Meditation since 2004, inspired by the physical healing Sheng Zhen has brought into her life.  She loves to practice and to share this form of active self-healing with others. In addition to weekly instruction from Master Li Junfeng, she attains yearly SZ teaching certification.  Kay owns and operates a day care facility for infants and toddlers, where the spirit of Sheng Zhen is always visible in the delight and happiness of the children in her care.   • Liana Wheatley

    Liana Wheatley lives and works in Austin, Texas. Upon returning to Austin in 2008, Liana attended a Sheng Zhen Healing class with Kay Wentworth, which has changed her life. She has studied Sheng Zhen forms with Master Li and other certified teachers since 2008, incorporating the loving philosophy of Sheng Zhen into her role as an oncology nurse.  In 2013 she obtained her Sheng Zhen Teacher Certification, and is a member of the Education Committee for the Sheng Zhen Society of the Americas. Liana is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and the American Holistic Nurses Association, and has published articles and given numerous presentations about Sheng Zhen for nursing organizations and other caregivers. She teaches an ongoing Sheng Zhen Meditation class on Sunday mornings at the Austin Center for Spiritual Living and is available for workshops and classes.
