The history of the free Union of Three Hearts Meditation at AOMA
In 2005 Master Li Junfeng began holding a free meditation in the AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine dojo in north Austin. Because he travels extensively on most weekends giving workshops around the country, he asked his certified Sheng Zhen teachers to fill in for him. At the beginning Cobi Bentley, Holly Ice, and Francie Shimaya filled in when Master Li was traveling.
In 2011 AOMA moved to south Austin where the meditation continued every Sunday. After the move, Francie Shimaya became the main leader of this meditation, but recently, the meditation has again begun to be led by a many of the local Sheng Zhen teachers. Some of the teachers leading are: Kenneth Bloomer, Kay Wentworth, Rebecca Gould, Arlen Hodinh, Barbara Humble, Liana Wheatley, and Sharabella Fini. Read more about the Sheng Zhen Austin teachers.
We invite you to come to this free meditation which has been held over the last 8 years.
